We continue to see extended backorder dates and delayed deliveries on forecasted stock for caps. While we are seeing notable improvement there are times when a particular color or size may be unavailable. Stock can change quickly meaning we may not know until after your order is in progress that there is an issue. We are committed to our customers and we will do our very best to work with you to find a suitable substitution should your chosen style/color not be available when your order is placed with the production facility.
Production:
After the purchase, the processing time is about 8 – 12 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.
Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Returns:
We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER (Including Blank Jerseys) unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Modify:
Once you finish payment, the order cannot be modified.
